Evolved Much!! No Doubt..Trend in Pakistan is completely changing; Glamour, Fashion, Style, Clubs, Dance Floors, Bars and so much more. These are the "WoW factors" that people look forward to bringing oomph in their lives. People who are part of it keep their fingers crossed for a night that promises glamour and a little bit of drama. For them this is called 'Living the life' as it should be. However, these kinds of events do not take place openly. While so many out there are a part of it, so many more are not. But it won’t be long before more and more people do actually start to become part of it. Whether this changing trend is acceptable or not that is a whole different story.
Dress to impress! Fashion and style is what is on peoples mind all the time. Coming to any sort of event means being uniquely dress so as to differentiate one from the others. It is places like these where you get to see people wearing something that you do not normally get to see. Sometimes it is soothing to the eyes and people can't get their eyes off of each other's dresses and can't stop talking about it and sometimes the dresses worn cause eyes to burn. However, attitude like these cause an ambiance to be created that is so intriguing and provocative that it becomes absolutely difficult to refrain oneself from becoming a part of it. In addition, something without which an event is incomplete, something that adds an extra flava to an event is the BAR. What is with the Bars being the X factor at most of the events? Interestingly, a good bar with an ample and continuous supply of liquor keeps the party going! That’s the simplest formula in the book!
The next hot spot once people have had two to three glasses of liquor is the dance floor. It is usually built at the center of the event compelling people to groove to the beat. And once as mentioned people have had few glassed of liquor there is no stopping them then, that is when the party is at the verge of becoming WILD!!
Are the people of our nation drifting to the dark side inadvertently? The only thing that is clung on to their minds is how to improve or add more freshness to the next event. While they are up to these things the significant question is that is this the future we are looking forward too?

Its a nice article. Its says much about things that take place right under people's noses and yet they aren't aware of it. I know i wasn't.....
I believe you have picked up one of the most vital message from this article. People really dont know what exaclty is happening under their noses and therefore the question that comes to mind is that considering the society we live in and the culture we have if more people come to know about this would they go so far as to try to erradicate it or just accept it and do nothing about it ???
im pretty sure that the answer to that question depends on the disposition of each and every person. Ofcourse the majority of the people would go against it especially since that would be the popular belief.
Spot on with the Bars being the center of attention at 'parties' nowadays. I don't get that part either and the vibe it gives off is that you need alcohol to have a good time, which is definitely not true! Different strokes for different folks I guess. This is SO not the 'trend' I'd like to have around once I have kids or something.
The triumph of the rational over the animal side of the man. I like where you're going with "Different Strokes for different folks" Because i know people who without getting drunk have a really good time at these kind of parties. And i agree with the fact of not having the kind of trend that is prevalent around once we have our kids. But here is the thing not everybody thinks alike and most of the people at these parties arn't even thinking about their kids. They are only partying themselves. And again even if we dont want this trend to influence our kids in any way what if this becomes so common that there is no way keeping the kids away from it?
The point THAT i want to make here is that bars or no BARS in these troubled times we need to lay back and chill for some time and as long as it is all being done in good fun i dont find any problem with having a bar at parties
I'd like it better if you call it leisure instead of partying and I don't find anything wrong with it as long as it relieves stress. We all have our own stress relief tools and everyone is entitled of their will. Stereotyping something as bad should not affect the way we think about a matter and it is the mark of a great mind to be able to treat two opposite thoughts simultaneously.
